2018 Strawberry Festival Grand Parade
 ONLINE APPLICATION

Deadline is Monday July 9th.
Application fee of $25 for applications submitted after July 9th 


The parade begins south of town, proceeds through the heart of Vashon’s town center and the Strawberry Festival, and ends near Ober Park.  Performances will take place by Zombiez, the main intersection of Bank Road and Vashon Highway, Pandora's Box, and near Ober Park.  

The parade concludes with the tractors and other vehicles lining up alongside the highway for your viewing pleasure.

PARADE PARTICIPANTS: YOUR GROUPING & PARADE POSITION WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON July 18th.

9:30  AM Parade Participant Check In! Participants are required to check with the Parade Coordinator on the highway in front of the Lutheran Church 18623 Vashon Hwy SW. Please Enter the Parade Area from the South.
10:20 AM Kids Parade Participants Line up at the Presbyterian Church (17708 Vashon Hwy SW)
10:45 AM Parade Marshals Safety Meeting at the front of the Parade
10:50 AM Kids Parade Starts
11:00 Grand Parade Starts!

You must assign one person from your group to act as a Parade Marshal to accompany your group through the parade. Parade Marshals are given a vest and are required toattend a safety meeting before the parade.

Space in the Parade Marshaling area is limited. Only 1 Parking Pass per entry. Drop Off Passes allow participants to drop off parade participants only.

Help Voice of Vashon announce you correctly. Please write out what you would like to tell the parade announcers about your group. Keep it short, 500 characters.
