If you want to produce an event during festival weekend

Other organizations are producing events during Festival weekend that are independent from the events the Chamber is producing.

If you want to produce an event, see following GUIDELINES:

• The individual organization is responsible for all production needs of the event, including permits, insurance, and COVID protocol enforcement.
• Fill out form below no later than July 1st at 5pm to be included in the Beachcomber Festival feature page.
• No booths are allowed at your event, unless full compliance with permitting and fire marshall approval has been obtained.
• In producing this event, you will hold the Chamber board and employees harmless from any liability.
