Strawberry Festival Parade
Saturday, July 17: Line up 9 am, parade starts 10 am
Strawberry Festival Parade 2021 is a mobile parade in vehicles. The parade route enables people from all around the island to watch (and wave at) the participants as they move along a north to south route. Any and all cars are welcome to participate. Decorate and dress you and your car, truck, van, other vehicle and join the fun.
If you want to participate
- Just show up to line up at 9 am at the Parade Start Point.
- Location of start point: Vashon Center for the Arts (19600 Vashon Hwy SW).
- No preregistration required, just show up.
How the Parade will Roll

- Print it out and bring it with you. There is a lead car, but have it as back up.
- Average speed of driving parade: 25MPH
- Length of parade 24.5 miles
- Estimated length of time from start to finish: 1hr 45min
Other Stuff
- You are welcome to particpate for just a portion of the parade, but you must start with us.
- If you want to pull out early, we ask that you pull to the side of the road and let the parade pass and then go on your way.
- We will have VOV commenting on the parade, so smile!
